Heart Purse

I'm posting late again today it's been a busy week-end here - renovating!!!

This little heart purse was made for two challenges - Create4Fun and the colour challenge on Stamp TV. Bev from the UK made a gorgeous purse for the first challenge - I could never compete with her but I thought it might be nice to make one.

I downloaded the template and set to work - I've kept mine quite simple punching the handle with a SU lace punch and attaching it with two gold brads. I added the pink lace to fit in with the colour challenge of Stamp TV. I've used Nina's set Elegant Post (available from Gina K Designs). Used my Spellbinder dies for the scalloped and plain circles. Did a bit of sponging whilst the card was still in the die and popped up the stamped image with foam tape.

The soft peach silk ribbon just fell so well so I've assisted with a little tape on the edges of the purse.

• Embellishment: Pink Lace and peach silk ribbon.
