Noelle Bearing Gifts.......

Hello, good morning,

This little cutie is 'Noelle Bearing Gifts' a digital illustration from Mo Manning. I loved this image as soon as I saw her but when it came to colour her I chickened out and used my colouring pencils and baby oil!! The very thought of using red Copics made me tremble.......I will one day when I have a few more reds.

The sad thing is that the red looks more like pink... and I really wanted red. Never mind I will sit and play again with Noelle maybe try blue's and silver, what do you think?

I printed her on GKD PL pure white layering weight card then cut her out using an oval Spellbinder die. The scalloped oval is actually a gold card Bazzill I think.
Base card is also GKD PL pure white in heavyweight. To this I added a layer of green card, sorry not sure who's this is but it has a self check, which you might just pick up from this photo. I stamped a small snowflake on this card from SU short and sweet.
I've used two layers of lace edged card at the bottom of the card. The stripe card is from my Wassail Paper Pad and this sits on a layer of plain white. I used the SU lace punch for the edge and tied a narrow ribbon at the top of this strip.
The Sentiment is from the same SU set short and sweet, stamped on pure white and sat on a small piece of the gold card.

I'm keeping this short and sweet as it's the Gina K Release party over at SCS today 1pm Sydney time. Gina's been previewing the sets this week and they all look great I could end up ordering them all!
Thanks for dropping by, might see you at the party...... if not next time.............
