Hi all,
I did say I would be back with a card today and I'm late! sorry the boss was working from home today and it makes a difference.
I checked out Nina's image from There's Magic In The Air this morning. I was really late getting my card posted last week and thought I should get onto this right away. It's a Thanksgiving image or is it? I thought I could use it for the cover of a note book........what do you think. I want to make some of these for Le Girls (the craft group girls) I think they might enjoy them.
The challenge was to make the project/card Monochromatic...... this is as close as I could get... hope it's OK.
Go check the site for yourself Selma and the other DT's have made some wonderful cards and Nina's given her digital image free. The card picked at random wins a prize too.
Here is Sydney we've had a glorious day warm sunshine, no wind and even now at 7pm you could sit outside....... I sat with a glass of wine while Walshie cooked dinner on the barbecue......so nice.
OK off to play with some stamps, thanks for dropping by.
Lovely! Great colours- I think it makes a fab note book cover- (I thought of a shopping list straight away!) TOO much sun in Melbourne this week!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Sue!!! I think you got the monochoromatic challenge spot on and the notebook idea is brilliant! When I enlarged the picture it was even better as I could see the embossing and other textures that just make it so rich looking. Thanks for playing with us this week at TMITA and hope you come back next week!
