Today we're showcasing Background By Design No.3

These fabulous background stamps are such a wonderful addition to any collection.
I love being able to create my own background designs.
Let me show you how I used my set:

I've made a gift box for some Easter Eggs and decorated it using the spot lattice stamp and one of the small accent stamps.
I've also made a twisted easel card using the herringbone stamp as well as the small tulip from Easter Hope.

The box was cut using the PI and I've used SU Pear Pizzazz and VersaColor Lime to stamp the lattice design  with scattered accents. A thin strip of acetate was adhered to the inside of the cut away section.
The Sentiment circle is from Sentimental Bluebells with the sentiment from Diva!
Some AnnaBelle Apple Green satin ribbon and a couple of Artichoke Sprinkles complete the box.

To go with the gift box is a Twisted Easel Card which measures 4 inches square.
I've stamped the small tulip from Easter Hope onto some Ivory card and adhered it to a scrap of Basic Grey's Kioshi paper which I cut with pinking sheers.
More of the same DP is used to cover  the front and base of this little card.
I've added embossing, punching and the gorgeous herringbone stamp stamped in Pear Pizzazz with AnnaBelle's green/white ribbon wrapped around and finished off with a button and cord detail.
The sentiment is added to this detail.  Three Pumpkin Sprinkles added, complete this little card.

Ready to go check in with  Kylie  I'm sure she has some inspiring projects for you.

Don't forget to leave a comment on each of the stops along the Hop for your chance to win today's set.....You have just 24 hours.

Thanks for calling by today, I'll be back tomorrow with a card for the Designing  D.I.V.A.S.  Oldie But Goodie Blog Hop.............hope you'll call back for that!
