Oh Joy!!!!

Good Morning Blogger's,

25th is ANZAC day here a day for Remembrance .........Lest We Forget!!!!

They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
Straight of limb, true of eyes, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm pretty sure you'll have seen these pretty Sugernellie images around the blogs.....they're so beautiful and a pleasure to colour.
This one is called Joy and I've printed her onto watercolour paper and coloured her with Prisma's and OMS. She's my entry to this week's Less Is More Challenge #12 - Off Centre.
I'd also like to enter this card for the Make It Monday Challenge here in  Australia.
This month I got to pick the challenge for the Roses and I asked everyone to make a fancy fold card anything other than a card with just one top or side fold would fit the bill.
It uses one of the new sets from AnnaBelle Stamps called Daisy Delights. This is the card closed.
Partially open..... Do you like my paper bow?  I cut it on  the PI.
Here it is open.....I love these daisies and just a few AnnaBelle Sprinkles to add some bling.
Till next time........
AnnaBelle Stamps - Mother's Day Bouquet
Hi Blogger's,
Before we get into the Blog Hop I'd just like to remind you that the Sketch challenge #036 is still running if you haven't got your card in yet here's the link........go check it out!
OK time for another AnnaBelle Blog Hop............ All the details at the end of this post.
Today the Belle's are sharing another of the NEW sets with you.  This one is called Mother's Day Bouquet and was designed by Iwona.  I've been itching to show some cards made with these images, they can be dressed up or used in a more CAS style........see what you think.
I've made a set of three cards to share today and try as I might I couldn't take a picture of the three together so here we go:
No1. Roses:
Lots of stitching on all three cards. I've coloured with Copic Markers and shaded in areas with Prisma pencils and OMS.  AnnaBelle tamps white hemp and a button from the Colour families collection.  Do you like the gingham?  I'm a gingham fan.......it goes with most things. All three cards feature  this pretty Papaya gingham which is one of 24 colours available as a Digital Download from the Store.  White hemp and watch out for buttons too that fit in with the colour families products.
Lilies for the second card with some paper piecing for the vase this time.
This pretty DP is from Pebbles it's a 12 x 12 and I have most of the sheet left to play with.  Three Pumpkin Sprinkles  6mm for the bling.
Now for the third card Tulips.
All three cards start with a base of Ivory that has the scalloped edge added to the front.  The mat for all three is American Crafts Rust card stock.
 I used one of the new background By Design sets # 5 on each of these cards and this one I didn't mask, rather I stamped the background followed by the image.   I don't mind the way it looks how about you?  Once again just 3 Pumpkin Sprinkles to complete.
Before I send you on your way I have one more card using the Vase of Roses.
This is pretty pink card with lots of glitter that sadly the camera won't show. The DSP is Kaisercraft Candy Lane Collection 6" paper pad.  Organza ribbon adds it's own shine.
Now your next stop is Kylie and from Kylie you travel over to Iwona's Blog. All the Belle's links are in the folder marked Design Teams on the left side bar.
Monday, Monday, So good to me!!!
Hi Blogger's
We enjoyed some good weather over the week end  in Sydney. It did pour with rain late Sunday afternoon but as Walshie and I had spent time in the garden, tidying ready for winter, we were glad to see it.  We caught up with friends, eating out, so I had little cooking to do, instead I spent some time clearing more space in my work area.  I made a few cards too which was great.......I'm a little ahead of things which I like.  AnnaBelle Stamps have lots of new sets available in the On-Line store which we will be featuring in the coming weeks.  Don't forget the Blog Hop  you still have the chance to win the 3 new Belle digital illustrations.......be quick though, the winner will be announced tomorrow!!!!!
I have two cards to share today, the first is another made with Summer Rain:
Coloured with Prisma's and OMS with some paper piecing. The sentiment is computer generated.
My second card uses another of Annabelle Stamps new sets called Squared:
Spellbinder's scalloped squares make up the shape of this Easel Card I made ready for Ian's B'Day!
I used the Frame with a side sentiment, then added a centre square of hearts.  I also stamped an individual heart in red,  embossed it, cut it out and popped it up over the centre heart.  To complete the card I added a red heart Sprinkle some red cotton cord and some licorice sprinkles
ABS - Young Love.
Hello Blogger's,
If you're still Hopping along with the AnnaBelle Belle's, click here to see my post introducing three new Digital Stamps.
Today I'm sharing a fun card using Young Love from AnnaBelle Stamps, which I coloured with some of my favourite colours using Copic Markers.
The PI helped me with this little card, cutting the 5 inch base circle and the little scalloped strip which uses the reverse of the Echo Park Little Boy sailboat card stock. It also cut the anchor for me.
Spellbinder circle dies were used to cut the mat layer of pale blue and the coloured image which was printed to X-Press It blending card.  I've added some pale blue seam binding to the mix as well as a gold button that secures the computer generated sentiment.
I love this fun shaped card, wish I could say the design was all mine but I saw one made by Dawn Phillips from Pink Petticoat and had to try one......the good news is it  fits a five inch envelope.........hope you like my version!
This card is entered in the following challenges:
Wee Memories # 50 - 'Colour'
AnnaBelle Stamps 1st Digital images with a touch of red.......
Hi Blogger's,
Hope you're all hopping along with us at AnnaBelle Stamps as we introduce three of the very first digital images Andrea has for us. Click HERE to start the hop and HERE for my post.........you could win all three.
Today's card uses one of the digital images from the April release called Summer Rain.
I've used shades of grey Prisma Pencils with OMS to colour all but the Umbrella.  This, I paper pieced with the red and white star digital paper from GKD.   My card was made for  challenge # 9 at Less Is More - A Touch of Red.
Printing the image and sentiment direct to the card front, I've enclosed the image in a hand drawn box adding four 3mm AnnaBelle Licorice Sprinkles, one in each corner.
A grey day, rain with a splash of colour.  I like to think this little couple are saying goodbye for a while.......the little Sailor boy looks sad don't you think?..........hence the Farewell.
I'll be back on Friday with a Fun Fancy Fold card using another of the Digital images.......hope you can call past to check it out............Till then.
