Heartfelt Creations - Wednesday.

Today I'm sharing more from Heartfelt Creations beautiful stamps and dies.

The first project is also for the challenge over at Joan's Gardens this week.  Her guest designer Darlene has a great little tutorial for covering frames......go check it out and join in the fun. I was going to make mine a framed mirror but remembered this gorgeous little picture which is just perfect (I think *wink*).  I'm a less is more kinda girl.....what do you think? Here's how:


6.5 inches square.

H C Products: HCPC 3374 Flora Grande 2 PreCut Set
        HCPC 3375 Flora Grande 1 PreCut Set
        Spellbinder Blossom 3 Die
        Spellbinder Foliage Die

Other Products: KaiserCraft dsp English Rose Collection, Coordination’s Pink and Green card. Scrap of Pink  Pearlized lace.  SU Blushing Bride Ink. MS Hibiscus Ink. Memento Pear Tart Ink.  Kaisercraft clear gems.

Instructions:
1. Cover a small timber frame with dsp.
2. Stamp double layers of two Flora Grande petals in SU blushing bridge onto pink card. Using matching die cut out. Sponge with Hibiscus ink.  Snip into each petal and using foam-mounting tape assemble the double flowers. Add a clear gem to the centre.
3. Die cut and emboss two sets of leaves plus two single leaves from the foliage die set. Sponge whilst still in the die using Memento pear tart ink.
4. Arrange the pink pearlized lace with the leaves and flowers to a corner of the frame. Attach with Dries Clear adhesive.
5. Add three more Kaisercraft clear gems to complete.

My second project is a card and IRL the glitter makes this sparkly and is really pretty.



4.5 x 5.75 inch card.

H C Products:             HCPC 3400 Bella Rosebud PreCut Set.
                                    Spellbinder Classic Oval Dies Small
Other Products:           Marianne Embossing Die Cut DS0912
                                    Coredinations Pink Card. Annabelle Stamps Smooth White Card.
                                    Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Copic Markers. KaiserCraft Clear Gems.
Sakura Stardust Clear pen.  MS Crystal Corse Glitter. Dries Clear Adhesive. Foam Mounting Tape.  Zip Dry Glue.

Instructions:
1.     Trim. Score and fold pink card to measure 4.5 x 5.75 inch top fold card.
2.     Trim white card to 4.25 x 5.5 inches and emboss. Using mounting tape add this section the pink card base.
3.     Stamp image to smooth white card, colour with Copics and using an oval die cut and emboss it. Apply dries clear adhesive around oval and ends of swirls to add the corse glitter.
4.     Cut another oval from pink card and cut this through the centre to adhere either end of the white stamped oval as a matt.
5.     Pop this completed section over the embossed background with foam tape.
6.     Stamp the sentiment to white card. Trim, rounding alternate corners. Add a line of glitter around the edge and adhere to card front with foam mounting tape.
7.     Add the Kaisercraft clear gems to complete.


I've scheduled a post for Saturday with my third HC project.

Yesterday in Sydney was blowing a howling gale with lots of damage around.....we had a few large branches down around us but nothing serious........Roll on Summer!

  3. Beautiful frame and card! Love the thin die thingie behind the flowers and the embossing die for the card is amazing. I have never seen that beofre. It works perfectly with the stamps. Hope the winds are gone by now. It's beautiful here in the Bahamas!
