Ooh yes, Andrea has picked a great challenge this week for us to get our teeth into! Pardon the pun......

A couple of weeks back I made a card with a chocolate heart featured......been there, done that!!!!   I thought instead I'd make a tag featuring the colours of chocolate......much less fattening don't you think?

I watched a great tutorial from Heidi Swapp who decorated a scrapbook page by stamping randomly around a masked area.  She used just one colour ink and over stamped lots of different images before sponged around the mask.  The clear space left once the mask is removed, can be decorated anyway you like.  

I've masked a heart shape then using BBD 5 and SU close to cocoa laid down the first background.

If you look closely you can see BBD 3, 6 and 7.  I've also stamped images from Fanciful Flowers and  Love Birds.  s.e.i cocoa and cappucino (that's how they spell it !) chalk inks were used as well just to vary the shades. Once the mask was removed I stamped the check pattern to the centre of the heart and added some tiny Sprinkles.

The hearts were punched from card I'd stamped with a script from BBD 6.

One of ABS buttons finished with a bow using the fine hemp twine to complete my tag.
