Hello,
I'm amazed at the amount of Halloween stuff in the shops this year..........Seems we need to get on board for this celebration! Very few people ventured down our drive in the old house but this one might be a bit different so I thought I should get prepared......Fanfare please............
OK, ok just a small basket of treats.........but..... we might be eating these LOL......
I made a card too (I'm getting a little collection of Halloween cards.......note to self SEND SOME!!!)
I used this week's CAS(E) this sketch for the design with an image from Bev at Uniko Studio.
Coloured the image with Prisma pencils.
Embossed some coloured card with a Cuttlebug Pumpkin Harvest e.f.
I used Die-namics By The Letters dies to cut the sentiment.
That's it, better get this posted to meet the deadline.
Have fun if you trick or treat............I'm ready.................
HE HE it's just 7.50pm and the last of my treat bags have been snaffled by a large group of fairies :)
No lollies for Walshie and me.......thankfully!
YOUR CARD IS FANTASTIC, WE DON'T HAVE ANY TRICK OR TREATERS ANY MORE,sorry bout the caps LOL, seems everyone either goes to town for the street parties or schools or churches, so I just buy it and have to eat it LOL
ReplyDeleteYour card is so cute and the goodies look delicious. We have so many Trick or Treaters we could never count them -- it seems like thousands! We love to see the creative customs.
ReplyDeleteReally CUTE and FUN card! So glad you played along with us this week at CAS(E) this Sketch!
ReplyDeleteThis is super cute!! I love how it looks like the pumpkin is playing peekaboo!!
ReplyDeleteCute card! Love the pumpkin
ReplyDeleteYou go GF! Decorated bags and all, how much fun is that! Your card is so much fun, I especially adore that pumpkin embossing. I usually end up eating the lollies that I buy myself, luckily I always buy what I like!
ReplyDeleteSuper adorable!
ReplyDeleteVery cute, Sue! Hopefully, you won't have to eat them all! Love that sketch - I saw it earlier this week, and used it for a publication call card...anyway, love your card! Thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteGreat card and treat bags. Hope you get someone to share the treats with.
ReplyDeleteI have the same image - but didn't use it in time to link up due to card/printer connection problems last week. I just bought some papers - so you might see those sometime soon.
Love it, we never used to celebrate this but it has gone big business in Jersey now x
ReplyDeleteThe UK seems to be celebrating Haloween more & more each year & it varies as to how many kids we get knocking on our door. I think your note to self applies to me too! Lol! Love this card & love colouring with prisma pencils. Great use of the SFS kit. Hugs Bev x
ReplyDeleteA lovely fun card. I love your embossing
ReplyDeletethank you for joining us at CTS, your card is so boo-tiful ; )
ReplyDeleteLove this card - the embossed panel and fun pumpkin - just perfect!
ReplyDeleteSo pleased that all your goodies were collected too! :)
Sorry Sue! Can't say that I agree with you about halloween-sending kids around the streets by themselves to take lollies from strangers does not seem to me to be the right thing to do but each to his own I guess. Anyway I DO like your card and wanted to congratulate you on being a "fave" this week!
ReplyDeletethis is gorgeous Sue!! what a gorgeous layout too, and those little goodie bags, not surprised they all disappeared! :)
