Today's card is for the Scrapbook Boutique Blog Hop and Inspirational Challenge for September.
The Hop starts and ends at the Scrapbook Boutique Blog. If you're following along you should have arrived from Melissa's blog and when you leave me you hop over to Therese's Blog.
The hop is open for one week, closing at midday Tuesday17th September.
Unfortunately the blog hop prize (and the inspiration challenge) are only open to anyone with an Australian mailing address.
One lucky person will receive Flourishes - Garden Gate.
We hope you'll join us and play along with our regular monthly inspirational challenge.
You could be the winner of a $30 gift voucher for Scrapbook Boutique.
My card measures 4.25" x 5.5" wide. I've trimmed about an 1.75" from the front, adding a die cut scallop under the front edge.
The image I used is the garden gate from the Flourishes prize set, stamping it off the page and colouring with Prisma pencils.
The sentiment from the same set, is cut using a Spellbinder tiny label die and threaded through a length of seam binding (coloured with a Copic marker) attached to the front of the card and finished with a bow. To complete the card, a pebble adhered over the bow.
Love the yellow - such a bright happy card. xo
