Today's card is for the Scrapbook Boutique Blog Hop and Inspirational Challenge for October.
The Hop starts and ends at the Scrapbook Boutique Blog. If you're following along you should have arrived from Melissa's blog and when you leave me you hop over to Therese's Blog.
The hop is open for one week, closing at midday Thursday 17th October
Unfortunately the blog hop prize (and the inspiration challenge) are only open to anyone with an Australian mailing address.
We hope you'll join us and play along with our regular monthly inspirational challenge.
You could be the winner of a $30 gift voucher for Scrapbook Boutique.
Thanks for taking the time today, hope you can play along with us again this month :)
My card features layers of white card over black with a dash of orange.
- The base card is purple as are the die cut stars.
- A Copic marker coloured the white seam binding to match the orange perfectly and this is tied to a knot over the left side.
- Double cutting the large star gave me the open centre and I also cut two of the smallest stars from MFT Die-namics Star Stax.
- Another Die-namics die was used to cut the letters.
- The very superior looking cats are from a clear set by Stanpendous called French Flower Cart.
- These too were coloured with Copic markers.
Thanks for taking the time today, hope you can play along with us again this month :)
