I'm so glad you could call past today, we have a fun AnnaBelle Stamps Challenge for you and some wonderful new design team members to introduce. I should say Belles and Bellas......from now on, we have Liz and Kerry, our Bellas, who will be bringing lots of inspirational cards to the gallery to get you inspired.
You will also meet two new Belles, Lisa and Sue K. The DT Links have been updated so check the left hand side bar and go say hello to the girls.......we're looking forward to getting to know them all and seeing their beautiful work.
On to this weeks Challenge which is Emboss Resist. If you've never tried it here's a link to a tutorial.
Be warned it's addictive!!!
This was my first card....I cut a heart shape on the Pazzles Inspiration then clear embossed 'with love' from 'Hooo Loves Christmas' across it. Sponging the entire surface with a little extra around the edges!
I dressed mine up with a punched petal, set with one of AnnaBelle's Cherry Sprinkles.
I've been playing with fabric and felt in my spare time
check out the Suffolk Puff or Yoyo.
A heart pin holds this to the pinked gingham fabric square.
AnnaBelle's red/white striped ribbon tied a soft bow and this card is just the ticket for this weeks CAS challenge over at SCS!
~~~~~~
Did I mention this is addictive?
Here's a peek at my second card.....check out the ribbon! It's NEW in the store and it ties the best bows.......no gadgets this was tied by hand!!
OK here's the card ......... This time I embossed the flowers from 'Stemmed Flowers' with white embossing powder and sponged with two colours of blue ink.
Each of the embossed flowers is set with a tiny pink gem from the Pink Petals Kit.
~~~~~~
So why not get your embossing powder and sponges out.....play along with us again this week. You could be the randomly picked winner of a Aus$20 shopping trip to AnnaBelle Stamps on-line store!!!
Don't forget, use your AnnaBelle Stamps and add your card to the gallery and you could win another prize.
