When I first saw this foliage stamp I thought of Christmas trees and just had to make one Christmas card with it........
I really like the pretty colours in this second card Framed Wishes............

Ivory card in plain and textured. Scraps of Kaisercraft dsp. SU Pear Pizzazz
ink. Martha Stewart: Florentine gold coarse glitter. LSS tiny red gems. Glintex:
gold foil thread. LSS gold gem star. EK
Success: corner rounder. Piercing tool.
AnnaBelle:
red/white twine. Paper Mill: foam adhesive pads. Zip Dry glue and Dries Clear
adhesive.
Instructions:
1.
Trim textured A4 ivory card to 4.25 in wide,
score and fold to make a 4.25 x 5.75” top fold card.
2.
Trim plain ivory card to 4 x 5.5” and stamp one
complete fern image in the centre of the card using p.p. ink. Mask the bottom of the fern stamp then stamp
off the page either side of the main image 2 smaller images.
3.
Trim the scrap of dsp to make the tubs for the
trees, using a corner rounder to shape the bottom of the tubs. Glue into
position with Zip Dry. Tie a bow in the twine and add to the front of the
centre tub, using Dries Clear to adhere.
4.
Add the tiny red gems to decorate the centre
tree. Using a piercing tool piece a small hole fore and aft of the gems ready
to add the gold foil thread.
5.
Starting from the bottom zigzag the foil through
the pierced holes up one side then down the other. Secure the ends of the foil
at the back of the ivory card.
6.
Add the star to the top of the tree.
7.
Run some Zip Dry glue around the edge of the
card and sprinkle with the glitter.
8.
Add foam dots to the back of the stamped image
and attach to the textured card base.

pencils and OMS. Pink/Brown ribbon. PortaCraft: lilac gems. Zip Dry glue and
dries clear adhesive.
Instructions:
Trim,
score and fold ivory ribbed card to make a 4.25” x 5.5 top fold card.
1.
Stamp image from HCPC 3397 to ivory card using
close to cocoa ink.
Trim to 4” x 5.25 inches and colour with Prisma pencils and OMS.
Trim to 4” x 5.25 inches and colour with Prisma pencils and OMS.
2.
Use a plain heart and a larger scalloped heart
die to cut and emboss a frame from pink Cordinations card. Lightly sand the
front of the frame.
3.
Position the frame over the sentiment on the
background stamp and adhere with Zip Dry glue.
4.
Stamp a portion of the image to a scrap of ivory
card, making sure you have captured the butterfly. Colour the butterfly and cut
out. Position over the main image so that it overlaps onto the frame.
5.
Wrap some pink/brown ribbon around the bottom
section of the image securing at the back and knot to one side.
6.
Add lilac gems to the centre of the posy
flowers.
7.
Use Zip Dry glue to adhere the completed card
front to the ribbed base card.
