Today I'm joining the girls from Scrapbook Boutique for our April Blog Hop and Inspirational Challenge. Hope you can join us!
The Hop starts and ends at the Scrapbook Boutique Blog. If you're following along you should have arrived from Sue K's blog and when you leave me you hop over to Therese's Blog.
The hop is open for one week, closing at midday Tuesday 17th April.
Unfortunately the blog hop prize (and the inspiration challenge) are only open to anyone with an Australian mailing address.
The Blog Hop prize this month is Buttercup by lilybeedesign.
Make a project using the following picture as your inspiration and GREEN, PINK and WHITE. You could be the winner of a $30 gift voucher for Scrapbook Boutique.
(Link your project on the SB Blog before 31/3/12)
For my project this month I've use Heartfelt Creations products and made a little gift basket. It's just the right size for a small gift for Mum ........ earings perhaps!
I've stamped one of the decorative baskets to the DSP but you could just use the die to cut your shape and decorate........It would still make a pretty little package....I think!
Make sure you have a few minutes to check in with the girls who make up Evelyn's design team........I'm sure you'll be inspired to join in the fun again this month.
Thanks for taking the time to call past......on with the hop :)

My butterfly looks a little unadorned......sorry the glitter was packed :) Actually I quite like it plain!
Here's a side view to show the open ended box for your gift.

For those who like to know how:
Stamp 2 x Heartfelt Creations Decorative Basket
to pink on pink designer card. Using the matching basket die cut the shapes.
Stamp 3 x leaf swirls from the same stamp set to
scraps of green card. Using the matching die cut the shapes.
Stamp five sets of three layer H.C. posy patch
flowers and three more of the smallest flowers, to pink card. Using H.C. posy patch flowers dies, cut the
flowers.
Shape and assemble 5 x three layer flowers
adding a small pearl to the centre of each.
Shape the three smallest flowers, adding a pearl to the centre of each.
Tie some white seam binding around the centre of
one basket shape, tying to a bow on the left side.
Arrange two leaf swirls, 3 three-layer flowers
and two single flowers to over the ribbon using dries clear to adhere. Add extra pearls to embellish the basket.
Arrange the remaining die cuts to the back
basket section.
To make the open ended box:
From the pink on pink designer card measure and cut
a piece 5-6/8” x 3-3/8”.
Along the 5-6/8” side score at 2/8”, 1-2/8”, 3”
and 4”. Turn and score at 1”. Cut up to the 1” score line removing the tab for
the 2/8” joining tab.
Add strong tape to the 2/8” joining tab and the
bottom tabs. Assemble Box.
To assemble the basket:
Add strips of strong tape to the top and bottom of the
open-ended box. Line up the basket front and adhere in place.
Do the same to the back of the basket to complete.
