Tilda is HERE!!!

OK don't be too harsh!!! what do you think?
I think...... next time I wouldn't stamp her in a circle!
I think...... I need to work on my colouring and shading!
I think...... If I colour her better and don't put her in a circle I can add more 'pretty' paper!
I think...... The ribbon could have been better!
Other than that I'm not too unhappy - she stamped beautifully and is a joy if you like to colour. Look at that gorgeous flower - I need to find some more just like it in other colours.
I'd actually quite like to have one of the sitting down Tilda's too - oh listen to me never satisfied!! LOL!!
OK that's enough frivolity... I'm so pleased with this little stamp and I will get better, and probably add to my collection......shh ...don't tell 'Walshie'!!
  • Stamp: Loving Tilda from Simonsaysstamp.com (go check out the challenge blog too, if you get a moment).
  • Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Copic Markers.
  • Card: GKD PL heavyweight pure white, American Crafts - cricket, DP Basic Grey Lemonade.
  • Embellishment flower (thanks Heidi) spacer and pearl, ribbon.
It's all happening at my place today - we're having one wood fire taken out and replaced with a new one. At the same time a guy is fitting two new doors so there will be workmen all over the place! Thank goodness Ian will be home he can sort them out I'm going to spread all kinds of drop cloths and leave them to it. After a grocery shop I'm staying down here in MY room!!
Hope you have a good day, thanks for popping in.
Till next time.........

You did a very pretty job coloring Tilda. You are being to hard on yourself. This is a very cute card.

You're too hard on yourself Sue, it's a lovely card, beautiful colours as well. I love the Tilda stamps but for some reason haven't got any - yet!!
Good luck with the workman, our neighbours are having some trees cut down today and the noise is incredible, might have to craft with earplugs in lol. Jo x

I had a little package in the mail today when I got home...more Tilda's. Once you have a couple you keep needing more. Hee hee!

Oh Sweety! She is delightful! The green was a good idea fo a background. Green is always so easy on the eyes and cheerful! I like tilda in oval backgrounds myself, mostly for the reasons you mention already. You did a darned good job! Thanks for sharing!!!

I think your thiinking cap is too tight and you spent too much time thinking what you thought was wrong, when everything is just perfect! LOL It is a very pretty card!

Pretty card! Great coloring. Didn't need to add anymore dp. Would have taken away on how cute Tilda is.
