I had time to play yesterday before the July rush so spent some time making up a few frames and embellishments just for fun. It seems ages since I did that..... got to tell you it was so relaxing sitting looking out into the sunshine.....yep two days of warmer weather here in Sydney ....life's good!
I haven't played in the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge for a while either so I went looking today and made a CAS card to enter.

I printed the Pink Petticoat dp 'Pretty Little Hearts' to some ABS white smooth card to make the card base. WMS 'Vintage Label 18' in VersaColor crimson ink on more smooth white card with a sentiment from WMS 'Fancy Phrases'. Then popped the label up with foam mounting tape over three lengths of lace and ribbon. I couldn't resist adding and ABS red heart to finish off..............

Sue - this is so elegant. I really like the rich colour - the hearts are super. Lovely mixture of ribbons and lace - very pretty!
Such a sweet card, Sue! I love the heart dp, and the way you did the sentiment with that extra little touch on that ribbon! I can see why you had to add that little heart :) So glad you could play this week!!!
