We're featuring Lil Monster's Balloon today and I have a card to share with you. My sentiment was computer generated and I stamped, coloured and cut out Lil Monster to sit him just off the card. I've stamped the 'Have a Monster of a Birthday' sentiment along with the 'xxx' on the inside of my card.

Cute card -- I like how you popped up the little monster and used wire with the curlycue end for the balloon string. That red & white twine is absolutely gorgeous!
