Love...

that I have a non Christmas card to share today!!!

I really love the pretty colours in this DSP by Teresa Collins.  It's called Nine & Co and is part of a 6 x 6 inch designer pad. Great for card makers and also to use in Project Life Journals.

I've also used sequins and wood shapes from the same collection, all available from Scrapbook Boutique.

Head over to the store BLOG for all the information on today's card.

Thanks so much for taking the time  :)

A Christmas card from me and I've used the wreath and bow as my inspiration.

Die cut the Catalina Wreath from green card stock.
double a length of Washi Tape and tie into a bow.
Using a Copic marker to colour 3 half pearls,
Run a strip of Burgundy card through a paper crimper. (or use a sheet of pre-crimped card stock.)

Click here to take you to the store.

Stamp the sentiment to a 1 inch wide strip of Velum and emboss with opaque white EP

Wrap the sentiment strip around the bottom of the crimped card, securing at the back with tape.
Adhere the crimped card to a white card base measuring 5.5" x 4.25".
Using foam tabs add the die cut wreath to the card front.
Add the 3 coloured half pearls.
Add the Washi bow with a square foam tab.

Hope you can play along with us again this month. Now on with the hop............

Snowflakes for LIM 196

Hello,

Just a quick post to share another CAS card this week.
This one fits the guidelines for LIM 196 with the challenge theme of Non Traditional Christmas.......How about black and white with a little sparkle?

Black snowflakes....the boss wasn't especially taken with them, but I think using black showcases the lovely shapes.
These dies are called simply 'Snowflakes' and come from  Uniko Studio Stamps.
The sentiment, also from Uniko Stamps, is from a pretty set called Stunning Snowflakes.

I used my Scor-Pal to emboss a border around the die cuts with the sentiment stamped in Versafine Onyx Black Ink, with three crystal star embellishments from AnnaBelle Stamps.

Thanks for taking the time today :-)
