Magical Monday - Easter Lilies Shadow Box

Hello,

Before I get to Nina's TMITA free image this week I just wanted to let you all know about an upcoming release. Some of you will know of this site but for those who don't you should go check it out. Claire Brennan of Waltzingmouse Stamps has a special 1st Birthday release at the beginning of May and is giving sneak peeks at the moment with Competitions. Click on the link and check it out for yourself, what I've seen so far looks very interesting.........

If you've arrived here from TMITA I hope you picked up Easter Lilies to play along with us this week. It's my challenge week and I've said 'Anything Goes' make a card however you like to showcase this beautiful image.

As soon as I received the image from Nina I knew right away that I would make a Shadow Box card. If you've never made one of these give it a try they are fun and not too difficult to make.

My image has been coloured with Copic markers and cut out......oh what fun, a good sharp craft knife comes in handy!!!

I've used an Apron Lace punch to add sme interest to the sides of my shadow box and a Martha Stewart butterfly punch too. Some pretty orange gigham ribbon and KaiserCraft gems complete the embellishments.

As always Nina has a prize for one randomly picked project so check out the rest of the design teams projects for this week and join in with us, remember anything goes. Can't wait to see what you come up with!!!

This is the last week for one of our DT members, Selma, so make sure you pop by here blog and leave here some cyber hugs, we'll miss her each week......she sets the standard!!!

Till next time............

Goodness gracious me ! A wonderful creation . Love the image and the layout that displays it so well.
Love your colour combinations and I think that the lacey edge really frames the card beautifully .
