It's feature Friday and Blog Hop day at AnnaBelle Stamps with Squared Posies being featured by the DT.  The deal for this Friday is, purchase any ABS Flower sets using the discount code 'flowers' and receive a 20% discount.

The Blog Hop starts and finishes at the AnnaBelle Stamps Blog.  Leave a comment at each blog and your could win a copy of Squared Posies.

If you arrived here from Andrea's Blog you're on the right track! When you leave me you hop over to Kylie's blog.

I've two cards to share today both using the sunflower or daisy from Squared Posies.
The first, coloured with Prisma pencils is a 4 inch square card. I ran a Copic marker around the edge of the embossed frame to give a lemon border. A tag of tangerine gingham to finish off.

 My second card uses the same stamp which this time was coloured with Inktense Pencils as was the narrow strip it sits on.  I've added lots of shine to both by spritzing with water that has a small amount of PearlEx added to it.  It's pretty so hope you make this out from my photo :)

Thanks for taking the time today, enjoy the hop..............

Scrapbook Boutique - May Your Day Be Special

Hi Blogger's,

This card uses a Sizzix Embossing Folder from a set of two called Birds and Wreath Set.......Double the fun!!! This folder gives a really deep emboss, I hope you can see from the picture.

I've added some Heartfelt Creations stamped and die cut Roses to my embossed frame with a big bold sentiment.  White pearls for the corners and rose centres just finished it off nicely.

(If you would like to see how I shape my roses click on the 'Tutorials and Such' TAB at the top of my page.)
Thanks so much for calling past .  See you soon............

~~~~~~~~~~~~
We hope you'll join us and play along with our regular monthly inspirational challenge.
   Make a project using the following picture as your inspiration.
You could be the winner of a $30 gift voucher for Scrapbook Boutique.
With Easter in mind I decided on a little treat basket just the right size for a hand full of small eggs or maybe one creamy Cadbury egg.....Delicious!
This is a quick and easy project to make using Heartfelt Creations Elegant Basket die.
Here's how:
Die cut two basket shapes from Green card. Emboss with Swiss dots EF.
Die cut the fancy swirl from a scrap of green card.
Die cut three small ovals for the Easter eggs and one larger oval from X-Press It blending card.
Die cut the grass from some green card. (I actually used Die-namics Icicle Border.....shhh)
Sponge the larger oval shape with distress ink. Adhere the cut grass over the bottom and trim.
Colour the smaller ovals with Distress Markers and apply to the sponged oval.
Stamp the sentiment in VersaFine Vintage Sepia ink.
Wrap some twine around the front basket shape and finish with a bow. Adhere the fancy swirl with the     completed oval over the top on adhesive foam squares.
 Make an open top box to sit between the two basket shapes:
     Trim green card to measure 4.25" x 5.35"
     With the 4.25" length along the top of a score board score at 1.25" and 3". the 5.25"
     Turn and score at 2" and 3.25".
     Snip down to the 1.25" score line on both sides and add some tape to the flaps.
     Fold up the matching side and adhere to the taped flaps.
     Add tape to the remaining sides of the box and adhere to the back section.
Add strips of double sided tape to the front and back of the box and adhere between the basket shapes.
Thanks for calling past, enjoy the rest of the hop...............
Let your dreams take flight.....AC158
Hello Bloggers,
Hope you're ready for a new challenge from AnnaBelle Stamps.  Andrea has a colour challenge for us and for my card I used one of the ABS FREEBIE images available to everyone.
These pretty butterflies are a digital image that I pulled into a Photoshop Elements page.  I've altered the sizes and also used the dropper to pick up the colours from Andrea's sample above to colour my butterflies.....what fun!  I also added some tiny butterflies, changing the opacity to give me a pale image as a filler, if you like!  The sentiment is also computer generated for this card.
I'm loving the Watermelon digital paper and this satin ribbon is delish!!!! To finish I popped up the Blueberry butterfly adding some glitter to it's wings and three blueberry 4mm Sprinkles.
Hope you can join in again, one randomly picked entry will win a prize to shop the AnnaBelle Stamps store.   Need more inspiration? Then go check out the Belle's cards.......Links can be found under the DT tab at the top of my page.
Just a reminder to my followers..........add your name to my CANDY post.... One of you will receive  a little  card making treat .........
SPAM, SPAM, SPAM, SPAM
Is anyone else getting an extraordinary amount of SPAM mail at the moment?
I'm starting to get very annoyed with these time wasters.......Do they not realise that before their messages go to air they get deleted.  In fact as soon as I see anonymous they're gone!!!!
What can we do about it? If anyone has any answers I'd love to hear!  I'm wondering if Wordpress have the same problems. Maybe Blogger need to do more, I don't know............just that SPAM spoils blogging.  What do you think?
